It features a cozy living room with dining area and pull-out sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include free use of public transport, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hairdryer, and a ski room with boot dryer or a lockable space for bicycles. A baby cot and high chair are available if needed. Start your day with coffee on the spacious sun balcony, enjoying stunning views of the surrounding peaks and valley. There is also a private, covered terrace for relaxing evenings. The area offers year-round hiking trails for all levels and many mountain peaks with spectacular views. In winter, the nearest ski lifts are about 22 minutes by car (15.5 km) away. A supermarket, bus stop, restaurants, and a café are just five minutes’ walk away in the village center. More restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and shops can be found in St. Leonhard, about 15 minutes by car (11 km). The city of Merano, famous for its spas, is about 40 minutes by car (31 km), and the provincial capital Bolzano is about an hour’s drive (60 km) away. Covered parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included. The Timmelsjoch Pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in the Ötztal is closed in winter, so the Sölden ski area cannot be reached in winter. Only the ski areas Pfelders and Ratschings are accessible.
