Welcome to the Jogglanderhof with the Hofer family!

The apartment "Wasserfall", furnished with plenty of natural wood and part of a traditional farm in the village of Stuls, is located in the picturesque Passeier Valley in South Tyrol. It consists of a cozy living area with dining corner and pull-out sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, liquid hand soap, hairdryer, as well as a ski storage room with boot dryer or a lockable room for bicycles. A baby cot and high chair are available if needed. Start your day with a coffee on the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks and the valley, known for its many hours of sunshine. There is also a private, covered terrace where you can spend your evenings. The area offers numerous hiking routes for all levels year-round and many mountain peaks with spectacular views. In winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in about 22 minutes by car (15.5 km). A supermarket, bus stop, as well as restaurants and a café are located in the village center, just a five-minute walk away. More restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and shops can be found in St. Leonhard, about 15 minutes by car (11 km) away. The city of Meran, known for its spas, is about 40 minutes by car (31 km) away, while the provincial capital Bolzano is about an hour by car (60 km) away. Covered parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Timmelsjoch Pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in the Ötztal is closed in winter, so the Sölden ski area is not accessible in winter. Only the ski areas Pfelders and Ratschings are accessible.

From the village you can hike to the “Stuller Wasserfälle”, some of Europe’s highest waterfalls. In winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in 22 minutes by car (15.5 km). The nearest supermarket can be reached after a 2-minute walk (270 m) in the centre of the village. Several restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and shops can be found in St. Leonhard, a 15-minute drive or 11 km from the house. The city of Merano, famous for its spa resorts, is located a 40-minute drive (31 km) away, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano is a one-hour drive (60 km) from Stuls. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The mountain pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl is closed in winter, and the Skiing area is therefore not reachable.
